Starbucks

This was an existing Burger King we thought would be perfect for a redevelopment. It was older and likely close to its franchisee agreement expiration. Upon contacting the owner, we determined he was interested in selling the property, but his brother was one of the largest Burger King franchisees in Arizona and he wanted to buy the property too. Over a year of face-to-face meetings, the owner decided he’d rather sell to us. We then redeveloped the site for Starbucks.
